USOI is a club were anyone 13+ can join female or male. You can only join if you live in Iowa, if you wish to join the e-mail me at Shadamehr@aol.com My name is Daniel. when you send the e-mail be sure to send your age, name and any medical conditions you have. if you are under 18 then you must have a parents signature in your email or you can e-mail me saying you will mail it to me I well give you the address to send it to. If you are 18+ then i need to see your licence just so that way i can know if you are truly the age you say you are.
